As a doula at your freebirth, I come with:

  • Hands-off support, unless invited

  • Tools and birth knowledge, used only if needed

  • The ability to remain grounded and observant, so you don’t have to stay in your “thinking brain” during labor

  • Deep trust in you, your baby, and birth itself

I am there so you can fully surrender to birth.

🕊️ Post-Birth Love + Care

  • I stay after the birth to help with any cleanup

  • I prepare a warm, nourishing post-birth meal

  • I ensure you’re cared for, hydrated, and tucked into your postpartum space

  • 4 postpartum visits to help you integrate, rest, and process your birth

  • Ongoing text/email support as needed
