Empowered Home Birth Course

Empowered Home Birth Course is meant for you if you are currently pregnant and are planning / want to plan your homebirth. Especially if this is your very first home birth!

Hi, I’m Esmeralda, a doula and mentor who specializes in homebirth. In this course I will guide you on the journey to an Empowered Home Birth. 

I will provide you with the resources to guide and prepare you for this very important time in your life. 

You will learn about things such as physiological birth, labor coping techniques, etc.

There will be a focus on things such as working on your mindset, releasing fears, creating your birth plan, and most importantly lead you towards your empowering homebirth experience. 

You will be working on this course over the span of 8 weeks.
