Prenatal - one prenatal appointment, consultations are personalized to each individual based upon the following choices:

Postpartum - one postpartum appointment, consultations are personalized to each individual based upon the following choices:

• Birth story processing
• Breastfeeding support and resources
• Postpartum mental health support and resources
