Birth Mindset Mentorship

Birth Mindset Mentorship is meant for you if:

•you are currently pregnant and are planning / want to plan your homebirth. 

•you are looking to gather with like-minded women and build a wholesome community!

•you want something so much more than just plain old and simple birth education!

•you are ready to dive deep into your mind and do the inner work need to properly be truly prepared for your birth!

I’m Esmeralda, a doula/mentor who specializes in homebirths and has a fiery passion for walking with women on their homebirth journey.

I will be there to guide and prepare you MENTALLY for this very important once in a lifetime experience. 🤍

This is a collective of everything I have learned about mindset in birth from my own two homebirths, my training as a doula, and experience from all of the clients that I have been honored to have worked with.

For 6 weeks we will focus on things such as working on your shifting your mindset, releasing any fears, manifesting your birth, and more! 

• Weekly group meetings via zoom on Friday mornings at 11am central 
• One private one-on-one session available to you after the program ends

Birth Mindset Mentorship will begin on March 21st and will be best for those in their second trimester.
