The Births at Home Course PRE-SALE

The Births at Home Course is meant for you if you are currently pregnant and are planning / want to plan your homebirth. Especially if this is your very first home birth!

Hi, I’m Esmeralda, a doula and mentor who specializes in homebirth. In this course I will guide you on the journey to being educated and physically prepared for your homebirth. 

I will provide you with resources to educate you in physiological birth and to prepare you by having a complete birth and postpartum plan. 

This course can be completed at your own pace whether that be to complete it all in one day or taking it one video per week (5 weeks total). The course includes the following main topics: Birth Team, Physiological Birth, Labor Coping Techniques, Preparation & Planning, Postpartum & Breastfeeding.
